DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

How to Request Deletion of Your Personal Data
At OISIZ (oisiz.com), we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to request the deletion of personal data we have collected about you, please follow the steps below.
Option 1: Submit a Deletion Request via Email
Send an email to privacy@oisiz.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
Please include the following information:
  • Your full name
  • Email address associated with your account
  • (Optional) Order number, if applicable
  • A brief description of what data you would like deleted
We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email once completed.
Option 2: Delete Your Account Directly
If you have an account on oisiz.com:
  1. Log in to your account at oisiz.com
  2. Go to Account Settings → Privacy → Delete My Account
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion
Upon deletion, your personal information (name, email, address, purchase history) will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law (e.g., financial records).
Facebook / Instagram Login Data
If you connected your account via Facebook or Instagram login, we only stored basic profile information (name and email) used to create your account. Deleting your OISIZ account will remove this data from our systems.
To revoke our app's access to your Facebook/Instagram account independently:
  1. Go to Facebook Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites
  2. Find OISIZ and click Remove
This will immediately revoke our access to any future data from your Facebook/Instagram account.
What Data We Delete
Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:
  • ✅ Account information (name, email, password)
  • ✅ Shipping and billing addresses
  • ✅ Order history and purchase records (where not legally required to retain)
  • ✅ Marketing preferences and email subscriptions
  • ✅ Any cookies or tracking identifiers linked to your profile
Data We May Retain (as required by law):
  • Financial transaction records (up to 7 years, for tax compliance)
  • Fraud prevention records
  • Legal dispute records
