Returns Policy

The right of return applies within 14 days from the delivery. It is valid only for purchases made in our online boutique www.oisiz.com. If the product has been purchased from an authorized retailer, it is necessary to return it directly to the retailer or, in any case, to the vendor.

Please note that:
– the product must be unaltered, in the original box and conditions;
– The product should not be personalized, used, or washed.

If your request meets all these conditions, we would be pleased to send you a return label, and you should handle the return parcel to the suggested courier within 3 days. Otherwise, we would not be in a position to manage the return and the refund properly.

When we receive your return, we will send you a confirmation email. The refund process may take up to 7 business days. The refund will be back to your original card.

Please note that the shipping fees are not refundable if the product has no quality issues.

-To initiate a return, please submit a return request.

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation.

  1. Log in to your account:
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.
