1. OVERVIEW
This App Data Policy ("Policy") applies to OISIZ's internal business
application ("the App") that connects to Meta's platforms (including
Instagram and Facebook) via the Meta Platform API. This App is used
solely by OISIZ for internal business operations and is not available
to the general public.

2. DATA COLLECTED VIA META PLATFORM API
Through our authorized connection to the Meta Platform, the App may
access the following data:
• Instagram Business Account information (username, follower count,
profile details)
• Instagram post metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, saves, shares)
• Instagram Direct Messages sent to our business account
(@oisiz_official)
• Facebook Page information and engagement metrics
• Instagram and Facebook Insights data (audience demographics,
content performance)
• Public Instagram profile data of creators/influencers for
partnership research purposes

3. HOW WE USE THIS DATA
All data accessed through the Meta Platform API is used exclusively for
the following internal business purposes:
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of OISIZ's own social media
content
• Responding to Direct Messages received by the OISIZ official accounts
• Researching potential influencer and creator partnerships
• Generating internal performance reports and analytics
• Supporting OISIZ's social media marketing strategy
We do not use this data for any purpose other than the above. We do not
sell, rent, or trade this data to any third party.

4. DATA STORAGE & RETENTION
• Data accessed via the Meta API is stored securely on OISIZ's internal
systems.
• Performance metrics and reports may be retained for up to 24 months
for business analysis purposes.
• Direct Message content is retained only as long as necessary to
respond to inquiries and is not shared outside of the OISIZ team.
• We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to
protect data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

5. DATA SHARING
We do not share Meta platform data with any third parties, except:
• As required by applicable law or legal process
• With service providers who assist in operating our internal systems,
under strict confidentiality obligations
• With Meta Platforms, Inc. as required by Meta's Terms of Service and
Platform Policies

6. USER DATA DELETION
If you have interacted with OISIZ via Instagram or Facebook and wish to
request deletion of your data that may have been accessed through our
App, please contact us at:

We will process deletion requests within 30 days in accordance with
applicable privacy laws.

7. COMPLIANCE WITH META PLATFORM POLICIES
This App is developed and operated in full compliance with:
• Meta Platform Terms of Service
• Meta's Developer Policies
• Instagram Platform Policy
We only request and use permissions that are necessary for the stated
business purposes above. We do not scrape, bulk collect, or misuse
any data obtained through the Meta Platform API.

8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will
be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App
after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
